For many organizations, the pandemic has brought hiring and growth to a frightening standstill. However, Next Level Solutions continues to onboard new employees to multiple positions at a healthy pace. NLS recently achieved another monumental milestone in a short but impressive history, by welcoming their 200th employee.

“While we certainly couldn’t have anticipated dealing with a pandemic and all of the challenges that it would bring when we started NLS in the summer of 2018, our extensive research and industry experience positioned us well to handle unexpected market and economic conditions. We built NLS to not only withstand difficult times, but to thrive in them. As an organization, we have followed our model, and, as a result, we have sustained strong customer growth, which has necessitated adding new employees to serve existing and new clients. To reach the 200th employee in less than three years is certainly worthy of celebrating," explained Chris Sawyer, President and Co-Founder of NLS.

Although Next Level Solutions’ growth has not been adversely affected by the pandemic, they were flexible and adapted quickly to serve clients and recruit new employees. “Because we have multiple locations and remote resources already, we did have some experience with interviewing and recruiting online.  We also had to get creative with holding virtual job fairs, and utilizing other tools to connect with candidates,” remarked Liz Cotreau, Director of Recruiting.

With this new milestone, NLS employees now collectively represent more than 2,000 years of experience, knowledge, and expertise.
