For the second year in a row, Next Level Solutions has been named the Fastest Growing Company by the Springfield Business Journal. To be considered for the honor, NLS participated in a comprehensive process, which included nominations, questionnaires and submission of gross revenue reports, third-party verifications, and a final decision by an independent panel of judges.
Before winners were announced, all applicants for the award were narrowed down to the Dynamic Dozen – 12 companies in the Springfield area that were named as finalists. The countdown to number one took place at a dinner on May 19, 2022,at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center. Over the past three years, Next Level Solutions boasted a 394% increase in revenue. Beyond that, the employee count at NLS skyrocketed 450% in the same time period. “We saw a need in the industry for a near-shore solution for Duck Creek customers, and we really went for it,” said Michael Smith, Chief Operating Officer at Next Level Solutions. “As we continue to gain clients, we’re bringing in more talent to meet the needs of our customers. We feel really blessed to have such an amazing team here in Springfield and all over the world.”
Eleven employees from Next Level Solutions were present at the dinner to receive the distinction, including members of leadership and their significant others. “I’ve been at NLS since 2019, and watching the company grow so quickly has been astounding,” Aislynn Hamilton said, Director of Marketing at NLS. “I remember our employees all fitting into one, small office and now our Springfield headquarters are in two big buildings on Primrose. I’m so happy to be part of this journey.”
