Next Level Solutions is excited to more formally congratulate our 2020 Employee of the Year recipient, Kelly Greene. Since joining NLS in November 2019 as a Sr. Quality and Business Analyst, Kelly was recently promoted to the position of Director of Business Process Management as part of our new organizational structure.
During her tenure at NLS, Kelly has distinguished herself as a key performer, and her accomplishments are many. In addition to her incredible competency and knowledge, Kelly’s positive, can-do attitude is infectious and helps to keep spirits high even when the hours are long and the work is arduous.
The accolades from her co-workers provide insight into why Kelly was selected to receive this honor. Christie Browne, Project Manager, described Kelly as“instrumental in every success in 2020. She is a champion of customer service and has put countless hours into making Tier 1 Prod Support stable. No one drives harder to solutions, challenges the NLS team, or services our clients better than she does. She deserves this!!” Another colleague, Cheri Fisher, AVP of Business at NLS, called Kelly “an incredible asset to the NLS organization, especially when taking on new projects. Her knowledge around the DuckCreek platform and base templates, has ensured we meet project deadlines. Her skillset has shown to be extremely unique in our Product Support model. Her ability to run triage, identify code severities, and ensure PS release code has been essential to our success. Kelly has done all of this while still working on other projects, other deadlines, and continuously helping to build items that will help us onboard new resources as needed.”
NLS Co-Founders, Chris Sawyer and Michael Smith, had similar praise for Greene and noted the value of “having not only outstanding resources supporting our organization but having quality individuals creating a culture of teamwork.”
In accepting the award, Greene said she was “fortunate to not only work with great people but with a great organization committed to excellence every day. I am humbled to have been selected to receive this award, but it could have easily been given to anyone else at NLS. I am surrounded by great people and that makes me always want to do better.”
