(Springfield, MO) – For the second time in three months, Next Level Solutions was honored by the business community in the city where the international company is headquartered.
At its inaugural ‘Best Places to Work’ luncheon, highlighting top businesses in the Southwest Missouri region, Biz 417Magazine named Next Level Solutions one of the Top 10 companies to work for in the greater Springfield area. The ranking was based on employee responses to a comprehensive survey, and a thorough assessment of an employer’s benefits, policies, practices and general information.
The ‘Best Places to Work’ designation comes on the heels of NLS, in its first year of consideration, ranking first in the prestigious Springfield Business Journal’s Dynamic Dozen list of top companies this past May.
With close to half of its nearly 300 employee work force based in Springfield, Missouri, Next Level Solutions’ employees gave NLS high marks for “offering an environment that is laid back, allows for collaboration, mentorship and teamwork, as well as being a workplace that values employees and promotes fun.”
